At Bouji Bratt Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions. Each product is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards.


If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at boujibratthaircollection@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


To be eligible for review, the product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.


Any items that have been installed, worn, altered, or had the lace cut are not eligible for any review or replacement.


Bouji Bratt Hair reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions.
